We have a competitive compensation structure for our team members that includes:
- Starting Rate: $15.00 per hour (Skills / experience can affect starting rate)
- Top Rate: $24.79 per hour
- Second shift Premium: $0.50 per hour
- Additional Income Opportunity: Bonus – 13% (Non-exempt) and 18% (Exempt)
